Pattern Equipment

Our wood department uses timeless tools of the trade in conjunction with the latest equipment to produce a wide variety of patterns. Each pattern created is a melding of skill and careful attention to detail.

Full Service Machine Shop

The Peerless machine shop is equipped to turn out high quality, high production tools such as shell patterns, permanent molds, gauges, jigs, fixtures and tooling. We also handle repair and assembly work, as well as small production runs. Skilled craftsmen and efficient, state of the art machinery enable us to custom build patterns with exceptional accuracy and speed.

Rapid Prototype 

We offer a wide variety of services -- from simple sight models to direct castings and functional parts at a low cost.  We use prototypes made on our Z-Corp Spectrum Z510 to aid in our "tooling process." Doing so enables us to quickly create complex tooling, fixtures, jigs, and more at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.
